Neighbor cleaning prep guide

Picking up a few items and moving others out of the way will allow your cleaner to focus on vanquishing dirt and grime.

Pick up or move the big stuff—clothes, boxes, shoes, etc.

Leave new bag(s) for the cleaners to use after trash is removed.

Kitchen counter(s)

Put away anything that doesn’t need to be on the counter(s).

Kitchen sink

Empty the sink.

Temporarily remove any mementos, magnets, towels, etc.

Clear the stovetop of anything that doesn’t need to be there.

Microwave (if applicable)

Make sure nothing else is inside except the rotating plate.

Bathroom countertop

Less is more—temporarily relocate as much of your stuff as possible.

Remove hanging towels and organize personal items along the edge.

Please keep in mind that we are a cleaning company, not a maid service. Our standard cleaning service is designed to help you stay ahead of messes with a quick, surface-focused cleaning every two weeks.
